The high Maltose syrup is a product that is obtained by hidrolisis acid-enzymatic from corn starch. Its chemical composition includes dextrose, maltose and polisacarides, in variable proportions according to the conversion degree. It's a crystalline and viscose syrup, soft and slightly sweet.

This product is mainly used in the brewing industry.
